For all our support (outside that of support which comes with buying one of our products) we use Service Level Agreements. Services or support provided by Open Source Design is defined in these agreements and an quarterly fee is calculated.

Support which can be included:

• Joomla CMS (security) Updates
• Installing, testing third party components
  
• E-mail support for (technical) questions regarding Joomla content or thirdparty modules and components.
• Contact moments (phone or Email) for questions
